We were here for a friend's birthday, they were great with us. Maintained his reserved area just for our large group and provided table service saving is from queuing at the bar too. All the staff were fantastic
Really nice bar staff, professional and kind. A lovely place for pre or post theatre drinks. I went on a Sunday afternoon when it was nice and quiet and very chilled out.
I visit this pub when in Leicester square on days out with the wife after visiting China town or one of the shows down Shaftesbury avenue. the atmosphere is fantastic and the staff are professional. It doesn't matter what your sexuality is it's a fantastic place.

I went last night after theatre. Amazing staff all round. The DJ was amazing (and hot). The bar staff nice. My biggest praise has to be for the door staff. On our way in lovely but we ended up next to an exit and the guy there was so courteous to everyone and created a really safe space. Thanks so much to you all.
Had an amazing night at Ku Bar as always, but what truly stood out was the incredible service from Trey and the security guard (unfortunately didn’t catch his name). I lost my bag during the night, and they went above and beyond to help me out. They not only found my bag but also contacted me to let me know it had been located. Their effort and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. Huge thanks to them for their professionalism and care! Great atmosphere, fantastic staff, and a top-notch experience as usual. Highly recommend Ku Bar!
The place is nice, I consider it a good option for gay club in Soho. I spent 10 pounds to go downstairs to the club, but for the bars upstairs you don’t need to pay to enter. The drinks are London-priced, so don’t be surprised to pay 8-16 pounds for a cocktail. I had a problem because other customer got my jacket from the couch by mistake, and the manager was very careful and helpful to me, in the end, I was able to get my jacket back (remember to use the coatroom next time).
I love this place, its funky and fabulous decor adds a bit of posh glam. Bar staff very attentive, friendly and professional. Good wine beer and spirit menu. Some seating outside for smokers and non smokers, great place to watch the buzz of life in this very central spot. I really enjoy bringing friends visiting London, great music and atmosphere in the club downstairs, walking distance from the underground.
